Apparel Return Policy

We want you to love your new Fit Pro Programming apparel as much as we do!  Each item is made just for you when you place your order — printed and shipped directly through our trusted production partner, Printful. Because of this on-demand process, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for items due to size, color, or change of mind. That said, we always want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective in any way, please let us know right away so we can make it right.

Here’s how it works:

How to Start a Return: Just email us at info@fitproprogramming.com with your order number, photos of the issue (if applicable), and a brief description. We’ll help you submit your

request through Printful and get a replacement sent your way as quickly as possible.

Defective or Damaged Items: Return requests for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

Lost Packages: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
