Pumped Up Strength classes can be adapted for 60, 45, or 30 minutes.
The base programming uses dumbbells and a mat. Monthly progression releases occasionally incorporate optional small props like looped bands, gliding discs, small balls, or resistance bands — but these are always optional, never required.

The certification includes 4 hours of live course work (in-person or livestream) plus 3 hours of on-demand content you can complete at your own pace.
Your membership ($9.99/month or $99.99/year) includes:
- Rights to use the Pumped Up Strength name, logos, choreography, and programming while your membership is active
- 1 base choreography release drops on the 20th of every month— includes a full 60-minute class video, detailed notes, and 60/45/30-minute blueprints
- 1 progression release drop on the 5th of the month — shows how to progress exercises for weeks 3 & 4, includes a full-length video and blueprint
- Monthly themed playlist via FitRadio + marketing materials to help promote your classes or run themed special events
Classes are choreographed to 32-count music between 128–135 BPM. Our monthly playlists are curated through FitRadio, which offers Pumped Up Strength instructors a special discount. That said, you’re welcome to use any fitness-remixed music in that BPM range — FitRadio just happens to use the original artists, which we love! FitRadio offers a 30-day free trial so you can check it out before committing.
Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring water, a snack, pen or pencil, possibly a change of clothes for after the master class, and a jacket. You will be provided with a printed manual.
All registered participants receive 30-day access to the training recording. Catch up on anything you missed at your own pace.
